- Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
- In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
- The deposit must be paid within 3 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 3 day period.
- Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.
- The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
- We accept Cash, Western Union and MoneyGram
- We also accept Visa and Mastercard credit
- Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen.
- We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
- We clean the apartments and studios every 3 days.
- Check In
14:00 until 23:00 - If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
- Check Out
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to email@example.com
- Cancellation requests will not receive a refund,
- ‘Non-shows’ will not receive a refund.
- We welcome pets, please inform us beforehand to make sure there is no problem. It is your responsibility to ensure that your pets do not cause a nuisance or disturbance to other guests.
- We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the studios and apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and in the gardens.
