Our Policy

Reservations

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid within 3 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 3 day period.
  • Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.

Payment Policies

  • The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
  • We accept Cash, Western Union and MoneyGram
  • We also accept Visa and Mastercard credit

Cleaning

  • Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen.
  • We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
  • We clean the apartments and studios every 3 days.
Check In/Out
  • Check In
    14:00 until 23:00 - If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

  • Check Out
    Until 12:00
Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@althea-thassos.gr
  • Cancellation requests will not receive a refund,
  • ‘Non-shows’ will not receive a refund.
General Policies
  • We welcome pets, please inform us beforehand to make sure there is no problem. It is your responsibility to ensure that your pets do not cause a nuisance or disturbance to other guests.
  • We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the studios and apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and in the gardens.
